Get Up!

Friday, June 26th, 2009

I have found that if you want to really enjoy the birds, you need to set your alarm clocks and automatic coffee makers for dawn. Birds can see light before we do which is why the birds start sounding the alarm before we know it is dawn. I absolutely love watching the birds as they start their day. Territories are re-established, food sources are checked and general business abounds. You never know what birds you might spot in your yard in the early hours of the morning. So be sure to get yourself out of bed the next opportunity that you get and enjoy the birds.
