I decided to go check out my favorite bird blog (and yes, I’ve almost found a blog for everything I can think of) to see if she knew. I sent her a message so I’m hoping to hear back from her soon. I don’t get to check it out every day but I do have it in my Google Reader in case something really cool pops up. AS I have stated before, I love to bird watch. We have a birdbath that I can see from the window over the sink, needless to say I spend a lot of time there not doing sink stuff. Thank you for doing this blog!! I try to go everyday to see what is new. Great pics.

Loved them! Lisa did point me to this as she said she would. I’ve only seen 2 in my whole life! I can imagine what it mush have been like to experience so many at once. Every summer I go to a preserve next to our city teaching hospital in the middle of Dallas. (The person who donated the land for the hospital did it with the provision that a specific area would never be built on.) There are zillions of mating herons there and it’s a spectacular site. Granted, not bald eagles, but beautiful nevertheless.
