I took a poultry class in college my senior year. We had one term paper that had to be on birds. It didn’t have to be on poultry just anything relating to birds. I chose migration. I just remember thinking that in that tiny little brain of a bird was something akin to computer memory. There had to be for them to remember how to get to places so far away and where to find food and water along the way. Bird migration is a fascinating subject and one that I must revisit. I am sure that there have been some developments in the understanding of bird migration in the last 18 years. I will write a proper post on it when I do.
